Why Tamraght
A quieter base inside the main surf corridor
Tamraght sits in the coastal corridor linking Agadir with the Taghazout surf area. For a MatnWave cohort, that position can support a calm residential rhythm while coaches retain options when tide, wind or group experience changes the day’s surf decision.
The location is not used as a generic keyword swap. MatnWave only presents a week as a Tamraght cohort when its operating base is confirmed there. Weeks assigned to Taghazout or Anza remain attached to their own destination pages and structured event locations.
That distinction matters for guests: your accommodation address, meeting point and daily transport plan should never be inferred from a brand-wide landing page. They are delivered through the specific cohort listing and confirmation pack.
The camp format
The base changes; the training standard does not
Technical BJJ
Gi or no-gi instruction, positional work and controlled rounds are scheduled around the water load. Belt mix, injuries and fatigue determine intensity; the objective is progression across the full week.
Twelve-person cap
Residential cohorts remain limited to twelve practitioners. That keeps coaching feedback useful, transport manageable and recovery quieter than a large seminar or festival format.

Agadir–Al Massira Airport (AGA) is the arrival airport used for cohorts along this coast. Transfer availability, pickup timing and the residential address depend on the package and week. Those details appear in the camp listing and confirmation pack, not in a generic footer address.
The administrative address shown on MatnWave’s contact page is for correspondence. It should not be used as a camp arrival point. Guests receive the correct Tamraght venue and meeting instructions after their place is confirmed.
