Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of €150 reserves your cohort seat upon application approval. Booking deposits are strictly non-refundable because they reserve one of twelve cohort places. If MatnWave cancels the cohort, all amounts paid are refunded or transferred to another available cohort.

What is included in the MatnWave Roll & Stay package? ↓
Roll & Stay packages include 7 nights accommodation in our residence/hostel, daily macro-aligned healthy breakfast, daily structured BJJ labs, daily coached surf sessions with board/wetsuit gear, private local beach shuttles, and Agadir (AGA) airport pickup coordination.
What is the deposit requirement and refund policy? ↓
A non-refundable deposit of €150 per practitioner is required after application acceptance to reserve a spot. If MatnWave cancels the cohort, all amounts paid are refunded or transferred to another available cohort.
Are flights included in the camp price? ↓
Flights are not included. Guests fly directly to Agadir–Al Massira Airport (AGA) with budget European carriers (Ryanair, EasyJet, Transavia). Flight costs from major UK/EU cities typically range between €80 and €180 return.
What optional expenses should I expect in Morocco? ↓
Local dinners and lunches in Taghazout or Anza usually cost €5–€10 per meal. Optional expenses include private 1-on-1 BJJ coaching, massage recovery sessions, and single room upgrades (subject to availability).
